Known as the holy herb, yerba santa’s leaves are a therapeutic tool to clear profound emotional difficulties, including grief, heartache, and depression. When burned, yerba santa become the vessel for communication, promoting connection, emotional release, and helps guide and keep hearts in a more positive frame of mind.
To burn, place in a fire-proof bowl and apply a flame to the bundle. Wave the smudge feather above, gently reducing the flame to embers and swirling the smoke to wherever you need a dose of positive energy. (PS. Be careful and keep those fingers + all flammable objects at a distance!)
STONE: ZEBRA JASPER
