BURN: PALO SANTO + FEATHER

Shamans knew what they were onto when they burned palo santo during healing rituals: this holy wood comes with great energizing power and has a knack for warding off impending danger and illnesses. When burned, its sweet and delicate citrus notes are perfect for relaxation, meditation, and keeping the mind in a grounded, positive place.

To burn, place in a fire-proof bowl and apply a flame to the stick. Wave the smudge feather above, gently reducing the flame to embers and swirling the smoke to wherever you need a dose of positive energy. (PS. Be careful and keep those fingers + all flammable objects at a distance!)

STONE: QUARTZ

The quartz’s natural prism is radiant and inspiring; though one of the most common minerals on the planet, its intrinsic magic is much more than that -- unique and a fortified source of power.
