More than a staple herb in the kitchen, sage is considered beneficial in soothing a wide range of physical ills, including digestive and inflammatory disorders... and luckily, for the spirit lovers among us, its fragrant leaves are a healing force, super-charging and boosting brain functions, purifying the mind, obliterating negativity energy, and protecting the holder from potential emotional or personal harm.

To burn, place in a fire-proof bowl and apply a flame to the bundle. Wave the smudge feather above, gently reducing the flame to embers and swirling the smoke to wherever you need a dose of positive energy. (PS. Be careful and keep those fingers + all flammable objects at a distance!)

STONE: YELLOW JADE

The Chinese have long revered jade, with this yellow-colored stone packing the most energy of all.
